Jen Kenning, MFHT


My Story

Even as a child, I was drawn to massage. I believe that it was the idea of touch as a source of healing that inspired me on this career path.

Having completed training in 2008, I am a qualified massage therapist and have been practicing and treating for over 14 years.  Through clinical and course work at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM), in Syracuse, New York, I've learned that there are many benefits to manual therapy and a vast array of healing modalities to choose from.  I am trained in Swedish and deep tissue techniques, Shiatsu (Eastern modality), warm bamboo, pregnancy, sports, and chair massage, as well as energy techniques and various treatment based techniques including myofascial release technique, trigger point therapy, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET). I use an integrated and bespoke approach to each individual, customizing each treatment to the client's unique needs.
